Our trail tested menu is not only tasty, but nutritious as well.

Our fresh foods are the best available, as are the packaged foods that we provide. Great Meals are an important part of any canoe trip. All meals are individually wrapped and easy to prepare. From your first cup of coffee until your last marshmallow over the campfire, we'll take care of it! .

You may repeat any meal except the fresh foods from the 1st day. Vegetarian menu items available, contact us for selections.

Our food packs conform with all U.S. Forest Service regulations and do not contain bottles or cans. Each meal is packed in plastic bags with simple cooking directions printed on each bag, all you do is add water and cook. We pack generous portions to satisfy hearty outdoor appetites. Our foods are the highest quality national brands such as Richmoor and Backpacker Pantry. We will pack in the order shown below unless sequence preference changes are indicated in the space next to the meals. Please Note: We do not pack dinner for the last day unless specifically requested. Pleased note below if desired.
